Added fix to avoid client close in different game situations
Added fix for Great Equalizer when it delayed some processes in game 

Server will be restarted for update 21.08.2024 at 18:00 (+01:00 GMT)
All offexp/offstore characters will be disconnected
All online characters will be reconnected

- Fixed teleport to Devias after Christmas Village buff ends
- Fixed situation when Christmas Village buff replaced with Pumpkin buffs
- Fixed Elisabeth trade with wrong items
- Added attention message to Quest Master
- Added ingame email about player killers
