To mix jewels you need use next commands:
/gpack number (for create a Gear Level Jewel Bundle 1-250 count)
/rpack number  (for create a Weapon Level Jewel Bundle 1-250 count)
/bpack number  (for create a Wings Level Jewel Bundle 1-250 count)

To release jewels from bundle just Right mouse click button on bundle item

Crystals appears at all maps each 12 hours after it death randomly on map

4 x Flame Crystals drops Upgrade Charge I
